“You Matter, and We’re Listening”

Finding Help When You Need It Most

We're here for you. Let's take it step by step and figure out the best way to handle your situation.

A Few Questions to Understand Better
What kind of bullying is happening? (Verbal, physical, online, exclusion, etc.)
How often is it happening? (Once in a while, daily, only in certain situations?)
Who is involved? (Is it one person or a group? Are they in your grade or older?)
Have you talked to anyone about it? (Teachers, parents, school counselors?)
What do you think would help make it stop?

So do you know what God says about this?
God cares deeply about you and what you're going through. He sees your pain, and He has a lot to say about bullying, standing strong, and trusting Him through hard times. Here are some key things God tells us in the Bible about this situation:

1. God is Close to You
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." — Psalm 34:18
You are not alone in this. God sees you, He cares, and He is with you through every hard moment.

2. You Are Fearfully and Wonderfully Made
"I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made." — Psalm 139:14
No matter what others say, their words do not define you.

3.   Do Not Seek Revenge—Let God Handle It
"Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord." — Romans 12:19

It's natural to want to get back at those who hurt you, but God tells us to trust Him to bring justice in His time.
4. Respond with Strength, Not Hate
"But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." — Matthew 5:44
This doesn't mean you have to be friends with a bully, but it means not letting hate control you. Pray for them, even if it's hard.

5. God Will Give You Strength
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." — Philippians 4:13
You are stronger than you think because God is with you.

Final Encouragement
You are loved, valuable, and strong in Christ. This situation won't last forever, but God will use it to make you even stronger. Keep trusting Him, seek help when needed, and remember—you are never alone.
Would you like to discuss how to apply these verses to your situation? Or do you need help deciding what to say or do next?
